Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. Enstrom Candies, Inc. cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Shipping to physical street addresses only please, we are not able to ship to P.O. BOX addresses.

In support of our troops shipments we offer free shipping to APO and FPO addresses and are sent through USPS

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-day or 1-day Express service

All international addresses as well as Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands involve additional charges. Please call our toll-free number for shipping rates.

For standard delivery via FedEx Ground, please allow 3 to 5 working days for arrival. Express 3-day, 2-day, next day and Saturday (limited areas) delivery services are available for an additional cost. Please note that each recipient's address requires a phone number as well as a separate shipping charge calculated from the chart below.

There will be a $8.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Enstrom Candies cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The $8.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Enstrom Candies will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
