What are toffee crumbs?

  • Tiny chunks of chocolate, bits of almonds and flakes of buttery toffee that remain after a busy day of making slabs of toffee.  These tiny morsels are great for sprinkling on ice cream or mixing into your favorite desserts.

What is a toffee petite?

  • A 1 x 1 inch square, about .5oz of  Enstrom’s toffee enrobed in chocolate and sprinkled with crushed almonds.  Makes the perfect individual bite of toffee.

What is a toffee bar?

  • A 1.25 ounce bar of Enstrom’s toffee enrobed in chocolate and sprinkled with crushed almonds.  These are individually wrapped and make the perfect tasty snack to hand out.

What is the sugar free Enstrom’s Almond Toffee made with?

Is the sugar free Enstrom’s Almond Toffee a low calorie product?

  • Sugar Free Toffee is made with Maltitol which can have a laxative effect if eaten in excess amounts.  Our sugar free toffee is a completely sucrose free product for our diabetic friends.  Calories 200 per serving & 17 grams of fat

 

How do I care for my Enstrom’s Almond Toffee, and how long will it last?

  • Enstrom’s Almond Toffee is a fresh dairy confection and must be stored in a refrigerator (up to 3 weeks) or freezer (up to 6 months). 

Are there any allergens in Enstrom’s Almond Toffee?

  • Milk, Soy and Almonds.  Products are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, eggs and wheat.

Which Shipping Carrier do you use?

  • Our exclusive shipper is FedEx.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

  • We are not able to ship to a PO Box.

Are you able to ship in the summer?

  •  Please review our shipping policies before placing your order: When shipping to warm destinations, we strongly encourage you to add a warm weather shipper (item #WWSHIP).  Cooling materials and an additional summer handling charge will be added to all orders May-September (may be earlier or later if necessary). We do this to ensure that your order arrives in the condition it left our facility. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday will be held until the following Monday.

What days of the week do you ship?

  • May-September we ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • October-April we ship Monday – Friday.
  • Orders must be placed by noon Mountain Time

Does someone need to be home to receive the order?

  • No, Enstrom’s only requires a signature on packages valued at $250 or more. 

What is your standard domestic shipping method and shipping rates?

  • FedEx Ground service is our standard domestic ship method.
  • Home deliveries are Tuesday – Saturday
  • Commercial deliveries are Monday – Friday

Do you ship to a Business Address?

  • Yes, we do ship to business commercial addressees.
  • When shipping to a business, the business name, recipient name, suite and/or floor number and business phone number must accompany the address.

How do I know my online gift order was received?

  • Log into your on line account and click on order history.  Locate the order and in the confirmation you will see the FedEx Tracking number assigned to your receipient.  Click on the tracking number and it will link you to the delivery status of your package on FedEx.com

When will I be able to track my order?

  • The status of the shipment will be available 4 hours after your order ships from our warehouse

Why did my products arrive warm?  Are they still alright to eat?

  • The Almond Toffee is shipped frozen and travels very well even during the summertime when the candy will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving. The toffee can be thawed and refrozen any number of times without damaging the product.  After receiving your Almond Toffee we do recommend placing it in the freezer 2-3 hours prior to consuming.

Why do you require the ship date rather than the arrival date?

  • We are able to ship your package on a specific business day from our warehouse we are unable to guarantee a specific arrival date with our standard ship method.

Can I ship to an International Address?

  • Yes, we require a complete full delivery address (including ste, apt or floor #’s), first and last name and/or company name, international telephone number and email address of recipient.

Do you ship to the Military? APO/FPO addresses?

  • Yes, Enstrom’s supports our troops therfore shipping is free to all APO/FPO addresses

Address Accuracy

  • Enstrom’s cannot accept responsibility when we have been given an incorrect or incomplete address information.  When we are notified by FedEx and we are able to redirect the package prior to the attempted delivery process a $9 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages.  Enstrom’s cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.

What if I provide an incorrect address?

  • Please notify Enstom’s as soon as possible by calling 800-367-8777 to provide the corrected address information.  We can only attempt to provide FedEx with the corrected information package prior to the attempted delivery.  A redirection of the package will delay the delivery and we will reflect an $9 address correction fee on your credit card.    
  • Enstrom’s cannot refund product or shipping charges when orders have been refused or incorrect/incomplete addresses were provided. 

Do you ship to hospitals, hotels, colleges and correctional facilities?

  • When delivering to hospitals, colleges, hotels or businesses, Enstrom Candies only guarantee delivery to the receiving department or mailroom.  It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient.  This may cause delays as the receiving department or mailroom does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.  Enstrom Candies is unable to ship to any correctional facility.

Will my recipient know the package is arriving?

  • We do not send the recipient any notification that a shipping is going to be arriving for them.  Our shipper will make every effort to deliver to correct recipient.

How do I add items to my cart?

  • From item detail page, choose “Add to Cart” it will ask you to choose a delivery address.

How do I continue shopping?

  • You can either use the search function or from the menus, choose a category.

Can I order without registering?

  • No, we require a login for all orders via the web.  We are happy to take your order via phone if registering on our web concerns you.

Password assistance?

What is a source code?

  • This is a unique number that is printed on catalogs, emails or other correspondence from Enstrom Candies.  Also used in relation to special deals and offers.

I am a registered buyer, how do I shop using my address book?

  • You can use Multiple Order Options or from adding product to your cart it will give you options to choose recipients from your address book.

Why do you require a phone number for my recipient?

  • This is a requirement from our shipper, so that if they have any issues in delivery your shipment they can call the recipient for additional instructions.  This can be either the recipient or shipper’s phone number

How will the recipient know the package came from me?

  • A descriptive Gift Message on the label or inside the box will let them know who to thank.

How do I select the complimentary gift message?

  • This is the default message and does not need to be selected. Simply type up to three lines, 30 characters per line can be used without selecting anything additional.

How do I select the additional 7 lines of gift message for $1.00?

  • On the recipient select screen, there is a selection box to give you 7 additional lines for your Gift Message.  This message goes onto a card that is insert into the box with your product.

How do I ship two gifts to different people at the same address?
Enstrom’s recommends that you create two separate ship to receipients because we are unable to provide multiple cards and only one name can appear on the shipping label.

 

Is placing an order on the Enstrom.com website secure?

  • Yes, we used industry standards in creating a secure environment. The primary way is through EV-SSL Transmissions through Verisign and also implementing PCI-DSS policies and procedures.

How do I edit my account?

Methods of payment?

  • Our current list of available pay methods is, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Card, and On Account if you have been approved.

Do you sell gift cards?

  • Yes please call or visit a retail store to purchase.

How do I use my gift card to pay for my order?

  • On payment page, select Gift Card option, enter you gift card number.  If your Gift Card does not pay for the entire order, you will need to enter an additional form of payment.

How do I check the balance of a gift card?

  • From the My Account link, there is a Check Gift Card Balance, link or https://www.enstrom.com/shop.axd/CheckGiftCardBalance

Order Confirmations?

  • If you have provided a current and accurate email address, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted, usually within 1 hour of placing your order.

What if I don’t receive an order confirmation via email?

  • Your email address was entered incorrectly or has been flagged by a SPAM filter system.

Order Processing Times?

  • We ask for 72 hours to process your orders, although in most cases orders are processed in 24 hours.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

  • Depending on your shipping location and local tax laws some items will have sales tax.  If you have been charged Sales Tax and believe this was in error please contact our Customer Service Department so we may review your order.

How do I load a previous order that I want to send out again without retyping the information for the new order?

  • You can use our Load Previous Order section to duplicate your order, then update the shipping information and submit the order.

How do I apply a gift message for all my recipients at one time?

  • Using the Gift List/Multiple Ship-To Options, step 4 provides a link to create and apply a gift message to a selection or all your recipients in your cart at one time.

How do I apply a ship date for all my recipients at one time?

  • Using the Gift List/Multiple Ship-To Options step 6 provides a link to choose a ship date and apply a ship date to a selection or all your recipients in your cart.

How do I apply a ship method for all my recipients at one time?

  • Using the Gift List/Multiple Ship-To Options step 5 provides a link to choose a ship method and apply a ship date to a selection or all your recipients in your cart.

How do I update the quantity?

  • Change quantity in the each recipient section that you want to change and click on the Update Quantity button on the bottom of the page.

How do I save the cart?

  • At the bottom of the cart page provides the ability to save your cart so you can restore at a later date and finish and submit your order.

How do I clear the cart?

  • At the bottom of the cart page provides the ability to clear your cart and start a new order.

How do I view the existing cart?

What is a gift list?

  • Your Enstrom’s Gift List is your past holiday list of recipients, products, and gift message.

How do I retrieve and update my gift list?

  • Log into your account at www.Enstrom.com, click on “my account”, order history.  From there you can modify your address book and update or place a new order.

How can I obtain a hard copy of my gift list?

Do other retail locations sell Enstrom’s Almond Toffee?

  • Enstrom’s Almond Toffee is found in other select locations, we do not keep an updated list of these locations.

 

Policy Information

What is Enstrom’s guarantee?
Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. The Almond Toffee is shipped frozen and travels very well even during the summertime when the candy will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving. The toffee can be thawed and refrozen any number of times without damaging the product.

Do you substitute your products?

  • We generally do not substitute products unless you have been notified of the change. However at peak times some substitution may be done without prior notice.

What if my item ordered  is on backorder?

  • On occasion your order may be on backorder, usually only for a limited time of 3-5 days.  If you are concerned that you order will be delayed to long please contact Customer Service at 800-367-8777
